Cohort studies, siRNA screens and large SNP projects move faster on a 384-well qPCR system. It runs 5–20 µL reactions with 4 to 6 channels, 4–100 °C and 2.5–3.5 °C/s ramps at ±0.4 °C uniformity. Excitation is LED or halogen, dynamic range at least 7 logs, and a 96-well block is optional.
