Syndromic panels and multi-target food tests need six dyes read cleanly in every well. This system uses six LEDs and six optical channels over a 96 × 0.2 mL block, with photodiode or CCD detection. It covers 4–100 °C, ramps 4–5 °C/s with ±0.3 °C uniformity, and runs 15–50 µL reactions.
