Biopharma release and comparability work need purity numbers, not band pictures. This capillary system runs SDS gel or free-solution charge separations with UV at 200 or 214 nm, covering about 10–225 kDa and resolving about 0.1% peak area. Each sample takes about 10–40 min from 20–100 µL at 0.1–2 mg/mL, on 1–8 parallel capillaries.
