Clay tiles sold into cold markets must survive repeated freezing on a wet roof. This 1000 L chamber holds a 10-tile panel at roof pitch and cycles it between -30 °C and +30 °C at ±1 °C, with programmable water spray wetting the surface. Up to 999 cycles are run automatically, controlled from 2 PT100 probes in the tiles.
