Reservoir engineers and refractory makers measure how easily gas passes through core plugs and porous ceramics. This tester covers 0.01 mD to 10 D on 25 or 38 mm samples 10–80 mm long, with confining pressure up to 10 MPa. Flow is read over 0.01–5000 mL/min and differential pressure to ±0.1% FS. Nitrogen or dry air is used.
