Highly filled technical compounds, reclaim and very high molecular weight rubbers overload a standard viscometer. This model extends torque to 400 Mooney units with a drive of up to 1.5 kW and hardened, abrasion-resistant rotors. Specimens are about 10–12 g, and preheat can be programmed up to 5 min.
