Perfusion Chromatography System

Unstable or protease-sensitive proteins benefit from capture in minutes rather than hours. This perfusion system runs at up to 1,000 cm/h through 30–100 mm columns of about 20–60 µm particles, completing bind-and-elute cycles in about 2–10 min at 1–2 MPa. Ion exchange, affinity and HIC chemistries are available, with 280 nm UV and conductivity.
