硬组织锯式切片机
Knives cannot section teeth, implant interfaces or bone that has not been decalcified. This motorized saw microtome uses a 0.1–0.3 mm diamond-coated blade at 200–600 rpm with water cooling, cutting 100–500 µm slices that are then ground to 20–50 µm. Feed resolution is 10 µm on specimens up to about 60 × 40 mm.
