Crazing can appear in a glaze months after installation as the tile body takes up moisture, and an autoclave run reproduces that expansion in a few hours. We build benchtop and vertical crazing autoclaves for routine checks, horizontal vessels for large tiles, PLC models with programmed pressure profiles and high-pressure units for stepwise testing. Tile size, batch quantity and the pressure your method calls for decide the vessel. Our standard units follow ISO 10545-11; the stepwise model is built for ASTM C424.
