Thermal Analysis — Plastic Analysis Equipment

Plastics thermal testing ranges from transitions and decomposition to dimensional change, stiffness versus temperature and softening under load. We supply DSC, TGA, TMA and DMA instruments plus combined HDT and Vicat testers. For datasheet work, HDT is run to ISO 75-1 or ASTM D648 and Vicat to ISO 306 or ASTM D1525; DSC follows ISO 11357-1.

How to specify

  1. Datasheet values for HDT and Vicat need a dedicated multi-station tester.
  2. Choose DMA when stiffness across a temperature range matters.
