Rheology links a resin's molecular structure to how it behaves in an extruder or mould. We supply rotational rheometers for melt viscoelasticity, capillary and high-pressure capillary units for processing shear rates, torque rheometers for compounding trials, extensional rheometers and inline units for extrusion monitoring. Capillary work is typically run to ISO 11443 or ASTM D3835, and oscillatory melt testing to ISO 6721-10.
