This CCS works from −35 to 0 °C at ±0.05 °C, reading 500–10,000 mPa·s on roughly 0.25–0.5 mL. Shear runs near 10⁵–10⁶ s⁻¹ with rotor speeds around 50–300 rpm, and each measurement takes about 2–5 min on a refrigerated circulator.
