混凝土立方体承压面磨平机
Cubes are tested on their moulded faces, but worn moulds and sawn specimens can leave faces outside the flatness limit. This grinder holds 100 and 150 mm cubes in a square jig and trims each face with a Ø 250 mm diamond cup wheel on a 0.01 mm micrometer feed. Faces finish flat within 0.03 mm and parallel within 0.05 mm.
