Site technicians casting sets of cubes from each truck need light moulds that will not rust in the yard. This ABS mould forms three 100 mm cubes in one piece, held to ±0.2 mm with 6 mm ribbed walls. An air port under each cell lets compressed air push cubes out cleanly, and the empty moulds stack for transport.
