Crushing value tells you how much a coarse aggregate breaks down under a slowly applied load, which matters for base courses, wearing courses and structural concrete. We make 150 mm and 75 mm cylinders, an IS-pattern set, a complete kit with measure and sieves, and a dedicated 400 kN compression machine with a fixed ten-minute ramp. Sample size and whether you already own a suitable press decide the choice. The moulds follow BS 812-110 and the dimensions given in IS 2386 (Part 4).
