The ten percent fines value finds the load that crushes 10% of a sample to fines, which separates weaker aggregates better than the crushing value does. We offer cylinder sets with penetration scales, a digital press that reads plunger travel, a servo system that stops at the target penetration, a soaked-condition kit and a sample preparation kit. Whether you test dry, soaked or both, and how many samples you run, decide the choice. The apparatus is built for BS 812-111 and IS 2386 (Part 4).
