Emulsions must stay stable in storage, then break correctly on the road, and their residue must meet the binder specification. We supply a residue distillation still, a particle charge tester, settlement and storage stability cylinders, a sieve residue test set and a breaking value apparatus. The emulsion types you produce and which specification you report to decide the package. Apparatus covers ASTM D6997, ASTM D7402 and ASTM D6930, with BS EN 1429 and BS EN 13075-1 for European grades.
