Binder content and recovered aggregate grading are the basic checks on every asphalt plant's output. We offer a motorised centrifuge extractor, a large 3000 g centrifuge with flameproof motor, a hot reflux extractor, an ignition oven with integral balance and a closed-loop automatic binder analyser. Solvent policy, sample size and whether you need recovered binder steer the choice. Our extractors follow ASTM D2172 and BS EN 12697-1, and the ignition oven works to AASHTO T 308.
