Gyratory compaction reproduces the kneading action of rollers and is the basis of Superpave and many performance mix designs. We supply a servo-electric 150 mm Superpave compactor, an adjustable-angle research compactor for 100 and 150 mm moulds, a compact field unit for plant QC, spare mould sets and an internal angle validation kit. Mould size, angle control and whether you need shear data decide the choice. Compactors meet AASHTO T 312 and BS EN 12697-31, with angle checks to ASTM D7115.
